News Roundup - 4 May, 2012

In case you didn't hear, Ring of Honor will be broadcasting their iPPVs from their own website from now on. This news came just 10 days before their next iPPV Border Wars, which takes place on May 12th in Toronto. Click here to order the event.

Vince McMahon is said to be pretty upset with the WWE.com staff. Some reasons are fairly unfair, such as none of the staff being at the WrestleMania 29 Press Conference and the traffic being slower than usual on the site. WWE.com may be a bit hit and miss, but I do think a lot of effort goes into that website. Maybe he should could them some slack.

Also, Vince McMahon is reportedly pushing for live and televised events to be more even more tightly scripted. Yay for less freedom for the wrestlers!

WWE's Gerald Brisco is said to be heavily scouting these days, particularly amateur wrestlers.  One person that he and the WWE has set their eyes on is a 6ft 5 wrestler from Turkey. He can't speak English or anything, but hey, he's big and thats all that matters (to them).
