In light of tonight's WWE Championship match between CM Punk and Daniel Bryan, I thought I'd post one of the first encounters between these two men.
It's amazing to think that the scruffy looking guy with the dire bleached blonde hair and that skinny guy with those cheap looking blue tights would now be competing against one another for the WWE Championship 8 years later.
To be honest, I find that both Punk and Bryan work a lot better together now than they did back in the Indies, but this is still a very good match that is worth checking out.
Oh, and ignore the match that happens after this, it is of no relevance at all.
